Welcome to Eduardos South of the Border Cafe.


Eduardo's opened in August 1985 in Chickasha Oklahoma by Ed Hicks and Family.  Ed had been a franchisee with a fast food chain before opening Eduardo's.  Ed wanted to bring great "Tex Mex" into southern Oklahoma.  He spent several years developing recipes from popular "Tex Mex" restaurants in Dallas, Ft. Worth, and San Antonio.  After opening in Chickasha, a new Eduardo's was opened in Duncan Oklahoma in 1988 which is owned and operated by Travis and April Lagaly. Travis has been with the company since 1985. We use the same recipes perfected by Ed Hicks, that we started with in 1985 and have added new ones along the way.  Travis and April are dedicated to provide the same quality food and service that their mentor and friend Ed had provided customers with for so long.  We always hope to exceed your expectations with high quality meals at a reasonable price.  As our customers say "Eat At Eds".
